Assessment

Learning process is not complete without proper assessment. We offer regular formative assessments in all grades. These assessments give our learners an opportunity to demonstrate mastery of all required competencies and values. After assessment, the teachers are able to offer additional support to meet time- bound targets and expectations. A report is issued at the end of every month to the parents to offer the necessary feedback. Grading in these report books is designed to communicate student progress in learning academic knowledge,skills and values as well as the soft skills they need for lifelong learning.

We belief that all children can learn with the right mix of challenges and support. Parents are encouraged to closely monitor the progress of their children. To this end we have regular sessions with our parents to empower them especially on CBC curriculum. An empowered parent can easily be engaged to better the learning outcomes.

Our teachers are well trained in Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) and Competency Based Assessment (CBA). Our teachers get school based teacher support which we call Teacher Professional Development sessions regularly so that they are updated on the current trends in our education sector.
